Mix + Roll is a local frozen dessert business that was born during the pandemic in 2020. It was fueled by a summer craving for quality, all natural ice cream and nostalgic flavors that make you feel like a kid again! Captivated by online videos of the cold pan rolling process, we wanted to try it out ourselves and bring this immersive and delicious food experience to you.
We are the first and only rolled ice cream spot in Bermuda. You can visit our cute little ice cream trailer - conveniently parked beside No.1 Car Park on Front Street, Hamilton. Make it the perfect outing with the family or a sweet reward at the end of the day. See below info for hours.

How We Roll
Our rolled ice cream tastes unlike anything else you've tried, because of the unique cold rolling process (originating from Thailand) and the quality fresh ingredients - no churning, no milk powders, no artificial flavors or additives.
It all starts off with our real cream base (dairy or vegan) poured on a cold pan, chilled to -17 degrees celsius. You can select from our menu of over 16 delicious flavors - mixed right in front of your eyes in a matter of minutes!
The fresh ingredients are quickly chopped up and mixed into the ice cream using metal spatulas. Once frozen, it is thinly spread out on the pan and then rolled up into the perfect curls - ready to be topped with fruits, cookies, syrup, sprinkles and whipped cream!
Whether you choose to enjoy your rolls in a cup or a signature homemade waffle taco - it's the ULTIMATE treat!
